By accessing and using TopFlow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
TopFlow provides a platform for purchasing mobile data bundles for various networks in Ghana including MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
All payments are processed through mobile money services. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Funds added to your wallet are non-refundable and can only be used for purchasing data bundles on our platform. Wallet balances do not expire.
Data bundles are delivered instantly to the recipient phone number provided. We are not responsible for data not received due to incorrect phone numbers provided by the user.
You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
TopFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
